Come with me to a time gone by, When life was much simpler. When God and Morals were of utmost importance. When children were taught respect of their elders. When manners, and etiquette, were of extreme importance. When men were Gentlemen, and Women were Ladies. When a Sunday after Church was spent with children and loved ones, strolling in the Park, while the Brass Band played in the Gazebo, on the Town Common.
Where children ran free, while mother opened the picnic lunch, and perhaps, later in the day after feeding the ducks, leftover bread, from lunch, stuffed in a little boys pocket, there would be that "Special Sunday Treat", an ice cream cone.
