Fill out the form on the next page. Then you will need to Email Cooper a picture so he can see what you look like (and for him to post on his page!). Cooper will look over every application very carefully to decide on which girl catches his eye. You MUST fill out every blank in order for him to consider it. Also, another hint, sign his guestbook, that will help your effort!! Please be patient, this is all new for Cooper. He is going to TRY and have a new girlfriend every month,,, !?!?!
