This is a picture taken in 1956 of Mamie Lee Polston Stewart born 24 August 1905 in Hart County, Kentucky, and died 09 April 1958 at Waverly Hills Sanatorium, Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky. Mamie was the daughter of George McClellan Polston (1873-1950) and Disty B. Caswell (1875-1912). Mamie Lee Polston Stewart was buried at Section 7, Lot 160, Grave 2, Evergreen Cemetery, Preston Hwy., Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky. On 24 January 1923, Mamie Lee Polston married Everett Stewart, Sr., at Jeffersonville, Indiana Court House. Mamie & Everett had six children: Everett Stewart, Jr., Charles Stewart, Betty Jane Stewart, Floyd Stewart, Tillery Stewart, Sr., LeRoy Stewart.
