As thoughts of the past flood my mind
Of Christmas now and then
My heart is full of love and joy
With memories of my kin

My whole life would be nothing
Without you in it now
You're part of my whole world
And your friendship makes me proud

You have been with me through happiness
When I was sad...lost hope and such
You gave me the strength to go on
When life became too much

You have been there in times of sorrow
You have helped me with my pain
Time and again I leaned on you
By my side you still remained

I ask myself so many times
How I rate such friends as you
A family of such patience
With love and caring too

I can never ever repay you
For the love you showed to me
For a family such as you are
Is God sent, that's plain to see

So during this Christmas season
I wish you peace in Christ
I wish for you most of all

I wrote this poem for you.
I want you to know how much I love you and care about you! Especially, Skip, Mom and Dad, Bill, Sue Ann, Linda & Judy and their families. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your love and prayers and for always loving me know matter what. Thank you for all the wonderful memories you have given me through the years ! I think of all my Aunts and Uncles, my cousins too. How could I ever forget all the wonderful times we had through the years at Christmas time and others. The memories are everlasting and bring my heart such joy. You know as I have gotten older, I have realized above all things that nothing in this world matters except our love for the Lord, our family & true friends.
Only God knows what you have mean't to me and how much I love you!
