"Touched by the Smallest Angel"

There are small footsteps in Heaven.
I hear then in my heart.
As sweet, little Maggie sings,
She's sheltered in His loving arms.

A tear gently trickles
But not for sadness, you see-
Only for joy and love;
For all she's given me.

We never met face to face
And her tiny hands I never touched;
But words can not explain
The depth of her love.

Of all she's done for me,
Only one can ever really know.
It's you, Rodney,
For you, too, had to let her go.

In such a brief, but happy time
She was a part of us.
She taught us how to be strong
And how we need each other so much.

One small, little angel
Was sent to us
To show what we should do-
To let you know that I love you and that you love me, too.

We are stronger now than ever before.
She's looking down with a smile,
Saying keep your faith and show your love,
I'll meet you in a while.

To all who have loved and lost a child--whether it be by miscarriage, illness, accident--please do not forget the strength of prayer in groups. My prayer partners are waiting for your requests. Let us know what your need is today. We love you and we want to be there for you. May our dear, gracious God be with you today and everyday and strengthen you in your trials.

LIVE IN GOD'S LOVE

It is sometimes hard to show
The love that we should
In this hard world that it has become.
But God's love never fades
Or changes from day to day;
It only grows stronger
As we follow His lead and His way.
A verse can help us to walk in the light
If only we will study and apply them right.
God's words are clear and plain to see,
And ready and waiting for you and for me.
Pick up your Bible and read it today.
Allow God to show you what is His way.
You'll be glad that you did, you see,
For application of His word,
Is the only way to true peace.

I BELIEVE

Since the day that I asked Jesus into my heart,
So many things changed right from the start.
The way that I felt about little things
To the way I saw people and all living beings.
You were not simply just you to me,
And the grass and the trees had a stronger meaning.
The sun seemed to shine brighter than ever before
And waves seemed to be more blue upon the sandy shores.
Winds that blew were miraculous,
And stars that shone were spectacular.
Smiles were stronger and came from my heart,
And all because of Jesus,
Did my dreadful feelings part.
The laughter of children made me gleem,
Another miracle of our Father, the King.
I appreciated life more and more,
And get excited to think about walking through Heaven's door.
If only everyone, from every land,
Could have this peace in walking with Jesus, hand in hand.
I pray to the Father, today and for all of my life,
That each lost soul will see the answer to their strife.
There is only One who can take away the pain,
Embrace you with love and bring happiness again.
It's Jesus, I know,
Because I have been there;
You want to say yes to Him,
But still try to beware.
Open your heart, and open your mind,
Pick up your Bible, this verse to find:
For God so loved this world, John 3:16,
That He gave Jesus, His Son, for you and for me.
That by His gift, we should not die,
But live forever,
With Him on High.
Get on your knees and ask Him today,
To save you, to touch you, to show you the way.

Love in its True Form

Rodney, I Love You!

As a gentle breeze blows through the light of a new and precious day,
A gleeful smile covers my heart and guides me along the way.
No other woman can know what I do
And feel so deep in my heart.
It is true, lasting, honest love
And knowing that of my life, you are a part.
No gray clouds cover the skies today or ever will again;
For the day you came into my life was the day my life began.

God will bless us everyday, just has He already has. As long as He is the center of our love...we will always be. Forever.

WHY GOD MADE FRIENDS

It's no fun to sit alone
On the beautiful green hills
That our God made
For us to enjoy.
Seeing our sadness
As we look around
Thinking about our life
God decided to make a friend
With whom we can share good times.
Today as I sit on this green hill
And think about my future...
I see you climbing to greet me.
Now I know why God made friends.

SHINING BRIGHT

The night for all to know
That love is real
And love is true
Love is me
Loving you.
