The day you were born was one of the most wonderful days of my life. It is no wonder at all, that after you were born I saw fireworks in the night sky. It was a sign, of all the love and excitement you would bring to my life in the years that we are together. I felt so blessed, so important to be chosen to be the mother of such a beautiful child. There would be nothing I wouldn't do for you. At first I was your protector and then, as you grew, you became mine. A more generous and giving child I had never laid eyes on before. Someday you might leave me to join another love and fly on your own, but in my heart you will always and forever be my little miracle.
