It is 9:51 PM (Pacific) September 11, 2001.

First, I want to send my condolences to the families that lost loved ones or were affected in any other way. You are all in my prayers.

Second I want to ask everbody to join us in asking God for wisdom, understanding, and most of all for forgiveness for turning our backs on him.

If we go back over 200 years ago when our Constitution was written we will see that it was formed around Godly principles.

Where we went wrong: As we in our country became more powerful, financially and militarily, we started depending more on our own ability to protect ourselves and basically said to God, "We don't need you anymore." Did God leave us? No. If we look closely we can see His hand. One may ask, "Where was God for the thousands of those who died or were injured?" I don't have an answer to that, but I know they are with Him.

I do know that if we do turn back to God, He will be there to comfort and strengthen us. I am not saying it will automatically be all better, but that it will be easier to survive with the help of God.

"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
(I John 1: 9)

For behold, the day cometh that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them not root nor branch. But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in His wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of Hosts. Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgements (Malachi 4: 1-4).
