Here is my BabyGirl.. she's a pygora- one of twin girls... 2 yrs old and was born with a neck deformity

The Photo on the left is when she was a year old..her coat has always been scraggly.. but she is a sweetheart..The photo on the right is with her mom-Shani

Here are 2 photos of her a month after we arrived in Ava, MO
She, Shani and her sister were isolated for the trip so she wouldn't be injured.. she seemed to make the trip very well
You can see the head tilted to the left-it has always been that way..she doesn't show any signs of pain in her neck or anywhere for that matter

In this photo you can see the degression of her back legs.. this photo was taken in early August, 99

In the photo on the left you can see that she is still standing to eat- late August, '99
Yet.. in the phot taken this afternoon (Sept 30, 1999) she lays to eat and it takes me to get her up to stand and relieve her muscles and gas from her rumen
This has been going on now only for a few weeks and I do not think it's from her neck/spinal deformation

You can see in these photos..also taken today- Sept 30 '99- that her mom and sister are very close to her and protective of her.. BabyGirl is only about half the size and weight of her twin sister
Tomorrow we have an appointment with a vet in Gainesville.. he sounded like he knew goats and certainly was concerned with the condition of BabyGirl
We will have X-rays taken and a full exam.. Please say some prayers..
She has the will to live and is happy even considering her neck deformity.. up unitl a few weeks ago she could handle things on her own.. I don't know what has made progression to weaken her legs.. but we will find out
