Chinese Style-Fried Rice

1 1/3 cups water
1 1/3 cups instant rice
3 tablespoons butter/margarine
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup chopped onion
2-3 tablespoons soy sauce

Cook rice. Cook egg in butter in a 10 inch skillet until set. Add onion and rice cook and stir over medium heat until rice & onion are brown. Combine remaining water & soy sauce; stir into rice. Makes 3 cups.
