1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese(room temp.)
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 (6oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Sunshine Golden Yellow Cake batter or 1 boxed cake mix

After cake batter is prepared. Beat cream cheese, sugar & egg until smooth. Stir in chocolate.Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with cake batter. Drop a heaping tsp. of cream cheese mixture in center of each cupcake. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Frost if desired.
