3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla(or extract flavoring of your choice)

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Blend everything in top of double broiler. Place over boiling water; beat scraping bottom & side of pan occasionally until soft peaks form. Drop by teaspoons on lightly greased sheets.(Bake 1 sheet at a time)Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from sheet immediately. Makes 3 1/2 dozen. 20 calories per cookie.
