To get the figure you have to send in 2 proofs of purchase from bags of Lays product, plus $1.99. There isn't an order form and there is no limit listed anywhere on the bag. That's the great part. The offer expires June 1st, 1997. If it supposed to come out around Super Bowl time, which only gives you only 5 months to get your figure.
