Denise, for all of you who don't know, is the star of this winter's blockbuster hit, "Starship Troopers." She played the character of Carmen Ibanez. Carmen was the girlfriend of Johnny Rico on the movie. She was one of the few stars who survived the bugs!
Denise graduated from El Camino High School in Oceanside (the school i also graduated from) in 1989. She then went on to a successful modeling career that included being in Japan, and two Teen magazine covers.
Next, she tried out her hand at acting, landing a few roles in movies and shows such as Sienfeld, Melrose Place, Weird Science, etc. Her movies have been, "Nowhere" (1997), "919 Fifth Avenue" (1995) (TV), and "Tammy and the T-Rex" (1994.) She auditioned five times before landing the role as Carmen in Starship Troopers. And, BOY are we happy she did!!! Mark my word, Denise is THE next super-actress. Her looks, and acting abilities are top of the line!!!!!
