Good news for Finnish Leo fans!
I surfed one day to Finnkino's page and looked for the premiere for
Titanic.
Luckily I fould it... It's on the 16th of January!!! So we don't have to
wait so long here in Finland (like we usually do).
I also found the date for The Man With The Iron Mask. It will be here in
the
10th of April.

In other news, SCREAM (starring Jamie Kennedy) video available on Dec
2nd (Tuesday) in the US. Best Buy has the video for $12.99 (DVD $24.99)
and the SCREAM 2 soundtrack for the same price. In the other hand,
Circuit City has the SCREAM video for $11.99, SCREAM soundtrack $11.99
and SCREAM 2 soundtrack $12.99. But I have a question, I heard a rumor
that the director's cut of SCREAM is supposed to out on VHS. Will the
director's cut be released on Tuesday or a later date?
Well, Celine Dion's CD with Titanic song is available at TOWER
RECORDS for only $9.99.
Note from B---
I try to update my Romeo and Juliet and Titanic news pages daily.
Please check over at the Titanic site for latest info. on the movie, it's
soundtrack, celine's video, commercials, and anything else. All,
Leonardo DiCaprio obsessive info. will rest on this page and any other R
+ J News. Of course, any Claire Danes stuff will be on this page.
I have been getting some email complains about how I am only
concentrating on Leonardo DiCaprio and not on Claire Danes or other
"players" from R + J...well...I have gotten little news on these subjects
and that is why. Or, someone writes me a big paragraph of news
encompassing all of this info and due to time constraints...I only place
the news on one news page and are too lazy to break up the news for each
page.
I am trying to keep TITANIC stuff only the other page, so check both
sites if you have time.
Diane Venora (Juliet's mom in R + J) is in the movie THE JACKAL with
Richard Gere. Their is an article on Diane Venora in this week's people!
The R + J Merchandise page was updated
a few days ago and put into sections. Check it out! No, I don't know
where to get the necklace, ring or Romeo's shirt (I get an email almost
every day asking for one of these items).
I'm in search of a
picture that has a clear detailed view of the necklace Juliet wears,
mainly the cross. Do you have a picture containing this or know where to
get one.

Happy Thanksgiving
Leonardo DiCaprio was on CNN last night..part of the converstaion was
about his B-day party (Leo's B-day was Nov. 11th) and how Snoopy Doogie
Dog didn't show up to sing. Poor Leo, I would have shown up and sang to
him!

Issue eight of Totally DeCapitated has been released at the
following URL:http://cricketmedia.com/leo/
Okay, I'm a little behind, but Pete Postlethwaite (Friar) is in "The
Lost World". Old movie, I know, but we rented it this past weekend. We
also rented "Breakdown", which I didn't watch BUT I did see the 4 minute
+ TITANIC PREVIEW on the tape!!!!! Oh, and as for those 2 new posters, I
have Leo on the wall one, and the other one I have a postcard of. Also,
my mom is a suscriber to PEOPLE so they sent us this form to mail away
for a free preview of TEEN PEOPLE... well, this is the LEO on the cover
issue, so of course I marked yes. I wonder how long it will take to
get...One more thing: There are TITANIC interviews in the December
PREMIERE and the Dec/Jan MOVIELINE. Both are with James Cameron, but
there are some neat pictures, comments on Leo, and interesting info on
TITANIC and filming it. If you're already in suspense and counting down
the days (24 days as of 11/25) this will heighten it!!!!

Here is the article from Newsweek.
The long-awaited and famously over budget "Titanic" won't open until Dec.
19. But last Saturday at the Tokyo film festival, audiences got a first
look-and gave it resounding applause. Director James Cameron, whose
"Aliens" and "Terminator" have won him fans in Japan, opens his epic of
the
actual ship wreak. His film is two parts period drama, one part
white-knuckle action. And to at least one man in the audience, it is also
family history. Haruomi Hosono's grandfather, the only Japanese survivor
took a lifeboat and was later accused of cowardice. Though his story
isn't
recounted in "Titanic", it is told in his diary entries, which are
gaining
greater notice as the film's release approaches.
"I would love to make a movie about my grandfather," says Hosono.
"It's my
mission."
Note: So I gave you wrong info! The Japanese man did manage to
survive! And it was his grandson who read the diary, not the
granddaughter.
So sorry, but I hope this is interesting. Just like what I told you
before.

From a very, very reliable source, when the Titanic sank, only
children, women and first class passengers were saved. The rest
were left to sink with the ship. And it is said that the
Japanese on board Titanic were horrible and only tried to save
themselves, which wasn't true at all! The Japanese were the one
who tried to save the other passengers on board. One of these
Japanese is an old man who went down with the ship. Somehow, his
diary was recovered by his granddaughter and it explained
everything. That is why Titanic (1997) was first premiered in
Japan!
The Titanic series showed here in Singapore is brilliant!!!!

Tomorrow the 21st, ET (Entertainment Tonight) cover story will be
about Titanic with Leo, Kate and the survivors of
the real ship.
I was looking at the Capulet Emblem, the one that has the Lions head
on a
red back ground.Do you know the one? I was just wondering if anyone knew
what
the four long objects (above ,below and both sides) coming off off the
lion's
head said, their gold. If you look closely their's writings on them.

I'm looking for something about Shakespear's Globe Theatre,
my teacher said something about finding the meaning of the colored
flags they used to fly. Like if there was a play thursday night about a
tradgedy, they might fly a blue flag. Help me if you can, please!
