"Hey Kath, come here." Aj yelled inside. "What? It's cold outside." Kath said coming to the door. "Just come out here and I'll keep
you warm." Aj coaxed sweetly. "Ok fine. You win, you always do." Kath said stepping outside. "Hey, I got something to ask you." Aj
stated. "So, go ahead, ask." Kath urged. "Well, I'm just gonna say it....will you marry me?" Aj asked pulling out a ring. "What? are you
serious? I'm only 19. weve only been going out for 4 months, hell we've only known each other for 4 months." Kath rushed. "What?
so is that a no?" Aj asked sadly. "No, its not a no. It's a not yet" Kath answered. "Why? What does a couple of months matter and so
what your only 19!! I'm only 21" Aj stated. "Yeah so 2 years does make a difference I mean, I wouldn't even be able to drink
champagne at my own wedding!!" Kath said. "So, we'll both drink gingerale. No one will no the difference its the same color, it
fizzes...." Aj trailed off. "Yeah but 19!! I'm too young to be married I have my whole life just waiting there" Kathleen said. "So, it's
not as if you still won't have fun. I'm not gonna stop being wacky and weird and having fun or going clubbing" Aj said." I dunno,what
about all your traveling and concerts, where will I be then? and all of your fans, what will they think??" Kath said. "You will be right
there beside me you can see all the concerts from front row and see all the different exciting countries that I have seen. And the
fans, well if the fans cant except it and be happy for us, then their not real fans. Listen to me. Love works in strange ways, it doesnt
follow the law of man. Love brought us together. When 2 people are in love, age doesnt matter, only those 2 people matter. All you
have to know is that I love you and that you love me. Well at least I think you do." Aj said making Kathleen laugh. Of course I love
you silly." Kath said smiling.
"See, just having you smile makes me fall in love all over again,your face determines my mood, it
determines how my goes. If your smiling, I'm smiling and I'm gonna have a good day. If your frowning, I'm gonna be in a bad mood.
If your hurt, I'm gonna feel your pain. But I love the days that your smiling . Because when your smiling, I can see the love you have
for me and I can feel the love that I have for you, I see the 4 months that weve been together and I can see the future with us
together. But most importantly, in your smile, I see us growing old together." Aj said.
"Yes" Kath answered. "Yes what?" Aj asked
puzzled. "Yes I will marry you, Aj mclean" Kath said laughing,
"Or have you forgotten that that's what you asked me already?" "No I haven't forgotten, but you have just made me the happiest man in the world." Aj said picking kath up and twirling her.
"Ditto baby." Kath said. "Wait, I just made you the happiest man in the world?? Uh oh, maybe I should think about this marriage thing again." Aj said putting Kath down. "Ew!! No, thats not what I meant by that!!" Kath said smiling playfully. "Yeah I know what you meant, I could
see the truth in your smile"
