Heather's Buffy and Angel Fanfic: This is a direct link to the fanfic section of Heather's "Angel of the Night" website, very much adored.
Angel and Buffy Fanfic: The one and only. While the BAFFA is not based off of this site, it is somewhat similar. Certainly worth checking out, if you haven't.
The Buffer: Rebecca Carefoot's (LadyRHood's) work is considered some of the very best, and this is the place to find it. You can also find the wonderful Becoming Archive, as well as a Story of the Week archive, and a few more archives for some very good fanfic authors.
SalFic: A site showcasing Salatina's mostly Buffy/Angel fanfiction.
Honey/Clare's Fanfic: For more of Honey/Clare's fic.
Seersha's Fanfiction: This web site has all Buffy and Angel fanfiction [Sheersha] writes, plus other couples. It also has quotes from the show.

The Slayer's Fanfic Archive: Very probably THE most popular Buffy fanfiction site on the web. Very nicely designed, frequently updated, and loaded with fic.
The Very Suave, Very Not Pathetic Slayerette Site: Recently re-named and moved, a very enjoyable and well-visited site dedicated to the Slayerettes. Lots of fic!
