Lies
It was a quiet Sunday afternoon. Virginia was home at Surf Central doing everyone's laundry because she has such a good reputation there and everyone loves her--well, not everyone. There is one women who doesn't like her, and that's Vanessa Hart, she is trying to get information on the dark and mysterious past of Virginia Harrison.
She was folding up some of Casey's shirts, when she was thinking of the life she led. Her first flashback was 16 years earlier, just 3 years before Jimmy was born. She had just gotten married to Jackson that there and they lived in a safe neighborhood in South Central. Jackson was studying law and hoping one day to be a successful lawyer, and Virginia worked at a sleazy restaurant in the "bad" section of town. It was a bad job, but she got good pay.
Jackson was always worried about her working there, he feared that she could mugged, robbed or even killed, but she always ignored him because she got such great pay. But one day, on one of her walks home from work, she was grabbed from behind, her purse was stolen and the man punched her in the face, knocking her to the ground. She saw the man running away, and she started to scream for help. She then saw a man across the street start chasing after the mugger. The strange man punched the mugger and threw him up against the wall, took the purse, and told him to scram.
The man came over to Virginia, and gave her the purse. She thanked him and they introduced themselves, and the man turned out to be Jo-Jo. After that, they bumped into each other a few times, and shortly after became very close friends. He was at one time a friend of Jackson's, too, but he soon become very jealous of Jo-Jo; Virginia would spend a lot of time with him, they would always go out at night, and Jackson would stay home and study law.
One day Jackson and Jo-Jo got into a fight, and Virginia was forced to choose between the two men. Of course she stayed with her husband, because she loved him. They then moved to Grand Avenue, a gang-and-drug-filled neighborhood. Shortly after moving there, Virginia and Jackson had their first and only child together, James Harrison. She became very attached to Jimmy, and would never leave him alone.
Shortly after Jimmy born, Jackson had quit law school, gotten into drugs, and joined a gang. Virginia grew very afraid of him, and threatened to get a divorce. Jackson then said if she filed for a divorce or left him, he would kidnap Jimmy and she would never see either of them again. Virginia got very afraid of him, he would always abuse her and cheat on her with other women. She then thought it was time to get revenge.
She then called up her old friend Jo-Jo, who was now leader of a gang that was rivals with Jackson's gang. They made up a plan to have Jo-Jo shoot Jackson in a gang war and kill him, and to blame it on another gang member. After six months the plan was put into action, only not the way they expected.
The two gangs were fighting, and one of the gang member's on Jackson's side fired his gun. The bullet hit one of the members on the other side. One man then fired but hit nobody, and Jo-Jo thought this was his chance. Hhe aimed and fired the gun, and it hit Jackson Harrison. He then went over to Michael Bourne and told him that he had shot Jackson and begged Michael to leave town, and that he would take care of it, so Michael left and went to Sunset Beach. Jackson was supposed to die there on the streets, but he hadn't died yet.
It was a few hours later, Virginia was at the hospital. A Dr. Tyus Robinson came up to her, and told her that the bullet just missed the heart, and that he will be ok. Virginia was outraged, he was supposed to die there. So she called up Jo-Jo telling him that the plan failed, but Jo-Jo told her, "Don't give up, there's another way." Jo-Jo met with Tyus Robinson shortly later, and they talked for a little while; the second part of the plan was about to begin.
Later that evening, shortly after 1:00 a.m., Dr. Tyus Robinson slowly entered Jackson's room, shut the shades and locked the door, and walked over to the sleeping body of Jackson Harrison. He then shut off the monitor, and took out a syringe. He injected the fluid into Jackson's IV, and he sat there and for a minute, Jackson's body started to shake. A few moments later he was foaming out of the mouth, his body then froze. Tyus left the room, called up Jo-Jo and told him it was done.
The death certificate read that Jackson died of a heart attack that he got from his gun shot wound; to this day, the shooter was never caught and Michael Bourne still thinks he shot Jackson Harrison.
Virginia then woke up out of her flashback, and saw Michael walk in the doorway with Vanessa. She said to herself, "Don't you go digging into my past or else I'll have you taken care of, and please don't let Michael find out."
Then at South Bay General Hospital Tyus Robinson was sitting in his office looking at a copy of Jackson's death certificate. "It's been this long, and no one has caught me, so I should be safe for a while," he said.....
