TAKING CARE OF BUSINESSStars; James Belushi, Charles Grodin and Loryn Locklin.Jimmy Dworski (Belushi) is a happy-go-lucky convict who breaks out of prison to see the Chicago Cubs play in the World Series. Spencer Barnes (Grodin), is an advertising executive going to Los Angeles to try to get a big account. Spencer's life is very well organized and all kept in his file-o-fax notebook. When he gets to the airport, he goes to a phone booth to make a call, about then his limo pulls up and he has to make a mad dash for the car, leaving his file-o-fax. Dworski finds the notebook, filled with money, credit cards, and the keys to a Malibu mansion. He then starts an all-expense-paid trip to the good life while posing as the high-powered Barnes. Along the way he meets and falls in love with Loryn Locklin, Spencer Barnes' bosses daughter. However, the real Spencer is already married to Veronica Hamel. It does begin to get interesting. Spencer's life on the other hand, is turned upside down in search of his notebook. When they finally meet, all hell breaks loose. |
