dry mustard

white pepper

cayenne pepper

vegetable or olive oil

tablespoons
vinegar

DIRECTIONS:
Combine egg white and seasonings in a small bowl.
Beat until foamy.
While beating constantly, add 1/2 cup of oil, a little at a time.
Beat in half the vinegar, then gradually beat in remaining oil.
Whip in remaining vinegar.
Turn into a jar with a tight-fitting lid, and store in refrigerator.
