A
member of the Fearsome Five on the ever-popular hit show: Darkwing
Duck.
Can
control electricity in many nifty ways!

considered a villain just because he is one! (And also because he
runs around stealing people's lightbulbs.)
Usually wears a yellow suit with blue-green gloves. His
attire includes a state-of-the-art batterypack and a neat red hat
shaped like a plug.

Before our dear Megavolt was the cool hunk we know
today, he was considered a (gasp!) nerd! I don't know what they were
thinking. He looks just fine to me, but the rest of his high school
