A business directory gave the address as the 3200 block of West Maplewood Ave. The land has been left totally undeveloped and it is now an alder forest surrounded by streets and houses.

At least the lot has a car in it, though the car is in as bad shape as the lot

This guard rail may date back to the time of the theater.
