Anaheim area
A few Southern California Drive-ins
I happen to have a Geologic Survey map of Anaheim, bought for its map of Disneyland:

It also has two drive-ins.
Orange
The black dashed line through the lot is the city limits of Anaheim when this map was made. Because a new screen to the northwest was in the city, they regulated content that could be shown on it, even though they couldn't collect taxes on tickets and food sales.
There is also a picture of this drive-in in America Goes To the Movies by Barbara Stones, courtsey of Pacific Theaters:
Repordely, the screen in front has been demolished for the expansion of Interstate 5.

Stadium 8
This was just off my map, but I had to get a copy anyway to see an eight screen drive-in layout. On my map I can only see five screns clearly.
