I think I want her!!!

For those that do not know...Carla is now on Chicago Hope (CBS)

   Carla was born in Florida, but has lived in California for most of her life. She moved away from home at 15, and to New York after being discovered by a modeling agency. Life there was not what she wanted so she returned to California, but instead of going home to her parents' house in La Jolla (just north of San Diego), moved in with her aunt in Los Angeles and took acting lessons. Carla loved acting so much she persuaded her parents to let her stay in L.A., and at 16 she won a part in her first movie, "Troop Beverly Hills." She has been able to support herself through acting ever since.

   Carla has appeared in several other movies, including "Red Hot," for which she took piano lessons to play a Russian pianist, and "This Boy's Life." "Son-In-Law" was her first lead role, and while the movie was considered dumb by many, most critics applauded her performance. She has also done "Miami Rhapsody" and several TV movies, notably Masterpiece Theatre's "The Buccaneers,". Carla appeared in "The War At Home" and can be seen in "Jaded" and "Michael", both were released in 1997.

   On television, Carla played Sydney St. James, in Falcon Crest's last season, and has appeared on many series, including The Wonder Years; and Quantum Leap. Plus she was in the Bon Jovi video "Always."

   Carla's favorite pastimes are yoga, traveling and hanging out with her friends.

   Her birthday is August 29.

To Whom... I don't think the bios on Carla are correct. I think I went to school with Carla in Sarasota (Bradenton) Fl after she was five years old. I.E. she moved to Calif. later than when the bios indicate. Can you check this out? The name of the school we attended is St. Stephens. KCC
