are either too tired, too lazy, or are procrastinators.

I don't know about you, but everytime
I used to see the "Just Do It"
ad, I would
break out into a cold sweat. I danced in my youth, did dance aerobics as
an adult, but I found that as I got older, my body rebelled against the
high impact dance aerobics I was doing, and rather than making me feel
better, exercise was beginning to hurt. I wanted to find a form of exercise
that would keep me fit but at the same time, be gentle to my body.

Well, I found the greatest way
to exercise. It's called . . .
"SPINNING®"
Spinning® was created
by Johnny G., an endurance cyclist and motivational leader. It consists
of a 45-minute moderate-to-high-intensity, non-impact cardiovascular workout
for all people of all ages, at all levels of fitness! It is a group activity
which is led by an instructor who is trained in Spinning® and is performed
on a special bike which has a weighted flywheel which makes it impossible
to coast. Your legs have to constantly be in motion. You pedal while sitting
in the saddle, you pedal while standing up, you pedal fast, and you pedal
slowly - all the while increasing or decreasing resistance on the bike
in order to simulate hills and flats. The instructor sets the scene, plays
motivational music - from rock to classical and a lot of styles in between
- and encourages you to push yourself to your limit and then try to go
beyond that.
Check your local health clubs
and see if they offer this form of exercise and try it. If you are anything
like me, you will soon become addicted to it.
Remember, exercise is good for
your body and soul, and it is wonderful for your . . . . .
