Our Experience With Hypospadias Surgery
			SUMMARY :
Among many operative technigues that have been devised for the repair of hypospadias,one-stage procedures gained attention in the recent years.
From May 1994 to May 1996 a total of 26,one stage hypospadias-chordee operations were performed at our hospital using Meatal Advancement and Glanduloplasty Incorporated (MAGPÝ), flip flap (Mathieu), flip flap (Horton-Devine) and transverse preputial island flap (Duckett) methods.The meatus was distal in 20 patients,midshaft and proximal in 6.
Post operative complications included 6 fistulas that reguired closure.No strictures,residual chordee orother complications were seen.We found that one-stage procedures offer good cosmetic and functional outcome.
