SAMUEL
PART 3

Three years have now passed. Sara gave us another beautiful child. A girl this time, we named her, Ruth. She is different. Her hair is golden light brown. It is like Ruth is a bundle of sunshine and lightness She is the flower of the village. She just smiles and has a quiet knowingness which shines through the smiles. Sara holds Ruth close and dances in the sun with her. There is a closeness there between Mother and daughter. Sara and I love each other very much. We give thanks each day we have together and as a family. I study and work hard for our community. We all wear a lot of white cloth these days. The sun is warm and the crops grow well.

I feel the time is nearing when I must leave on my first trip. My Elder is aging now. I have become the leader of a group of houses. Elder is too old to make any more journies to the outside world. He thinks a lot trying to remember all the things he has left to teach me. We are very close, my Elder and I. Sara and I feel the burden of life has lifted from our shoulders This is a good life, peaceful and lightness flow easily into each day for us.

It is now my turn to travel. I already miss my family. My Elders has me wear white robes now. It symbolizes goodness and protection for othersto see. I will be away from here a long time. I drink in the peacefulness and love. This trip I will travel by water. Will be alone on this trip. Much going on in the outside world these days. Hardship and fear is out there. Killings because of beliefs contrary to their priests teachings.

I say goodbye and stand on the raft looking at Sara, Abraham and Ruth as they get farther away while I float on the raft down river. Over the years I have gained much knowledge. This is the first time I leave my village since arriving there a number of years ago. The loneliness stabs my heart. I yearn for when I will retun to my family and village. The journey will take me far from the river.

Now I can see I am teaching. I sit on rocks and others sit around me listening. They like my words about life and GOD. There is peace surrounding me. I feel like I am twenty nine or thirty maybe older, now. My hair is long and my face is fuzzy. I have been away a long time. Like, my family is a dream or just a memory. I so miss holding and loving Sara, my Beloved! I seem to be teaching near a city with a wall around it. The sun is warm. Men are young who listen to me. I teach love and gentleness while others fight and push. I am not harmed for others respect me for my words. (No word of Jesus yet.) Life should be a giving of one's self in the betterment of mankind. Too much fighting goes on. All for this hot sand with no vegetation on it. Flat sand is here, no mountains.

Now it is time for me to return home! Many years have gone by now. Will the children remember me? Excitement is in my heart now as I push up the river. Soon I will be home.

I reach home now. Sara holds me and we can smile once again. Sara has been very lonely without me as I have been for her. I have been gone for ten years. My boy, Abraham is big now like a man. I look at my daughter and rename her "little Sara" Her eyes shine like blue green pools of water. Her hair is beautiful and full. She has a sense of adventure in her soul, but, she is a girl. Can not do what I do, so Ruth helps others when they are sick. She heals them with her hands and thoughts. Abraham is a carpenter. He fixes the homes and paints them with whitewash. The fruit trees are much larger though the village looks smaller than I remembered.

Sara has worked hard these years, I can see it on her face. She began to think she would never see me again, for so many cycles of the moon have passed. Sara is filled with joy that I am home. I shall not leave again, rather will teach right here.

Most of the old Elders have passed on now with their ashes sent down stream to find a new home for their Spirits. I have become one of the elders now! Have been away the longest. Having learned so much the others look to me, now, for new spiritual guidance and knowledge. The following statements are of lessons Samuel learned as he traveled the "outside" lands and brought back to the village to share and teach:

"Learn to see tomorrow by being aware of one's actions today.

Man needs to be quiet within to see with understanding.

Take nothing for granted, but do not value possession as much as you should value understanding.

The reality of the physical is only a backdrop to experience living.

Every living, and what looks like non-living, creature or thing has the right to be. If one becomes in harmony with Self, one can then be in harmony with living matter. When this occures, the positive vibrations of the earth and her inhabitants thrive and know peace.

Men can not live well together and therefore can not be in harmony with other living creatures. One bestows love on the other.

Seek within to know and then to become aware. Share thoughs of gentleness not war. Dare to not own another or rule other's lives but direct your attention on control of self, and self's environment.

The world out there is a harsh place to exist because greed has made it that way. Here in our village we are safe from negativity and so harmony exists. But, we must always be on the alert to changes both beneficial and especially those changes that creep in and erode the very harmony we hold within ourselves and the community.

Lack of ego to this extent promotes oneness as a tribe of peoples. Negativity is so strong the world itself and its inhabitants. Over and over again we rise and fall like the tides of the seas. I have seen back and forth of the tides of man's emotions, continuous. One cannot hide. One must face the beast of negativity and clear a pathway for self to others and from here to the outer limits of the world.

This is the test of NOT submitting oneself to the material. And so, we keep returning to this planet until we, as one people get it right.

Amen."

(During this session I seem to be watching Samuel, while feeling his thoughts and physical actions.)

Samuel is sitting on the ledge wearing a white robe. Sitting with his legs crossed under him. his hands open, palms up with hands resting on his legs. He is wearing a medallion, round, hanging from a cord. Hie eyes are closed and he is in deep silence. The sun shines on the medallion making it warm on his chest. He is searching in his mind for understanding of GOD. Others see him up there working hard in his silence. The sun is rising over the cove's cliffs opposite Samuel. The sky is blue, a bright beautiful power blue, Clear is the air. Yellow gold is the sun. The greens of the orchards is bright and clear. The river's water is a transparent clear with little white ripples of bubbles. The dirt is fresh chocolate brown and one can smell the hoed dirt. The whiteness of the houses' walls blinds from its brightness. Yet the air is cool on the skin and holds a myriad of scents.

Samuel is like a protector of the village. He draws good energy for the people and plants. He is becoming the leader of all the village. he has much spiritual balance and flows with GOD. He teaches this to others. Women are allowed to learn and experience this knowledge also. "Little Sara" is a channel, giving aid to others in their time of need. Her abilities are exceptional.

Abraham expresses himself through carpentry and building. His desire is to build a fine house of study for the village. He wants this village to become a seat of knowledge for the area along the river. This can be done across the river where people can stay for awhile. They can gain Spiritual awareness as well as help with the work and get in touch with the loving, giving earth.

To learn to achieve the balance as his Elder held. The knowing quietness is deafening. The known awesomeness of the total Universal Energy. Samuel has learned to levitate. He taught others to keep their burdens of life light. This is his reason to levitate. An analogy for others. He seems to concentrate all his energy of awareness to lightness and this produces his body to become very light. The body then knowingly changes the particle rate of speed. When this happens Samuel flows upward in total concentration. Many times he has thumped back down on the ledge as the concentrations has broken. The body's feeling is that it is being pulled up, like strings are attached to the shoulders and the center of the heard, pulling the body upward. The spirit rises higher than the body in the same upard motion. Other see and feel a glow around Samuel when he does this feat. One would feel that if they touched Samuel during these times they would not feel him physically and could run their hand through Samuel. Villagers are awed yet fascinated by this act. They know with a lot of work and mostly desire, they too, can do this levitation.

More people come to the village now. Mostly on their own as news of the teaching from this village spreads. Seems the people there are learning to speak by telepathy. At times during a teaching session there is no oral noise. The energy is high and all are in tuned and understand the teachings. It is as though the spoken words can not convey the pure thought forms. One goes into meditation with others and tune into the thought patterns being directed toward their own energy levels. A lot of the time on show the grasping of the understanding by way of their actions and mannerisms. They are not conscious of doing something different. They just do it. There seems to be a release within one's self after these teachings.

Samuel does not believe he is special and tries hard to be just one of the group of elders, but, the others do set him a part on a higher level of experience. This reduces a re-occurrence of the loneliness he felt as a boy yet it is different. Sara is his best friend and she understanss him. Samuel goes to the ledge often so he can be "normal" in the meditation presence of the Universal Energy.

Now, there is writing being done across the river. People do not always pay coin for the teachings. They bring supplies as payment. Abraham built a wonderful place for learning. He is the creative builder for this school. The old elders wanted to keep their knowledge to themselves as most elders do. Samuel feels knowledge is to be shared with all who are ready to experience this spiritual goodness and as the years pass many come to this village.

Life is still simple, reverent and quiet. There is prosperity for the villagers. women come to "little Sara" and men counsel with other men instructors. Women feel comfortable with "little Sara'. She had great abilities. Since Samuel's return Ruth has become very close to her Father as has Abe. Samuel's wife, Sara nurtures him and the children. She replenishes the energy they use and give to others. She is so happy Samuel is back with her again. The memory of his absence still lingers within her. Sara is proud of him as he is of her. She is like "Mother Earth" to him. They are true friends and lovers and partners in this lifetime.
(I wonder who Sara might be this current lifetime?)
Samuel by his actions and thoughts teaches love, harmony and balance within one's self and therefore allowing this to be directed toward others without thought of self-gain. To do for others with self-gain in mind is worthless and meaningless. To purely share beings the goodness back to self in various forms of rewards. To actively seek power is not lasting and eventually negative in the offering and the receiving.

One must search the inner core or heart of one's motivations. Example in the face of self-seeking actions is difficult yet most rewarding in the long run. One learns to handle most situations and guide the best of energies to the proper conclusions. inner faith is always being challenged. This awareness of challenges is half the battle within self. Awareness is a keywor and then the use of the awareness is necessary for higher development of the individual energy unit of Spirit. That knowledge is always available to each of us. We must tap into it willingly and lovingly in order to progress on our spirit pathway home. Hole tich to inner quietness and awareness. This is so very precious. Teach others how to achieve this in themselves. This is the gift of life one can share with all others.

Samuel sends younger "news carriers" now down river to spread the Good Word. Samuel stays and teach at the sanctuary. Over the past fifteen years we have received several young students who are eager to learn, work and study. I am beginning to age now although my Spirit does not feel aged at all.

My son has finished the structure across the river now. It gleams white in the sunlight. People feel that is the place to worship God and Ourselves. We teach a lot of people over there.

My daughter has worked hard to learn and teach. Ruth is far less domestic than most women of our community. Spends her time healing and teaching. I have a grandchild by Abraham now. A boy!. Abe says he is just like me and even looks like me. There are a number of children in our village now. This makes life wonderful for all. A new generation always seems to replace the older ones. Since I became leader, I have seen to it that women have learned the spiritual way with the men. This brings families closer together and they have a great adventure of learning together. Most all levitate now, see auras and use mental telepathy easily. We have time each day when no voices are heard except the little children and we trust our feelings and thoughts.

A while back there was chaos in the outside world. The religions were changing and people turned rather wild or negative in their actions toward each other. We have always allowed for individual growth and sharing. This way, we develop latent skills and express the freedom of the Spirit, each deserves. We do not feed on the birds of the air and only sparingly the fish of the river. We feel they are sacred as we are.

I give each person time on the mountain ledge to learn the inner-truths. Rather than always going up alone I come with them for the lessons and awareness. Then later they may return alone or in groups of two, sometimes three. No more than that, not enough room up there for more. There seems to be a special energy up there for spiritual enhancement.

The school is nestled against the cliffs across the river. The sun always shines on it by mid morning in a special blessed way. My son constructed it so that the sun shines in the great congregation hall during classes. Up-lifting feelings come from this time in the day there.

The community desires that Abe and Ruth work together as the next leaders of our community when I feel it is time. There are others who would do well also. The love for my children by the community is overwhelming to me at times. It is so wonderful. Sara is beginning to feel her years of life, as do I. I can tell my age by the difficulty I now have climbing up to the sacred ledge. I want new leaders before I make the transition so I may experience being just a village elder.

Great responsibility has been mine for many years now. Rather than being buried and worshiped, I shall follow my Master and when the time comes I will light myself on the pyre. That is the only way leaders may pass on quietly as we deserve. This seems to be the custom I am told.

As I sit on the ledge I sometimes wonder how my life would have been had I not followed my Master those many years ago. On my trips outside, down the river I did not like to see the hardships that prevailed and was happy to return to the love, harmony and peace we have here. We are a ways up the river from the big sea. Lots of protection, through distance, from the mainstream of the world.

Some of the young men have left for that other life. However, eventually all have returned to the fold. Some brought wives and children, others came though their wives refused to journey to unknown places. We promised we would only bring certain people here for teaching. Some then leave to share the awareness on the outside as examples of our teachings.

Samuel is older now. Seems even wiser having more understanding about the life cycles now. He is locked in as community leader, and has an abundance of love to share with others. Everyday he goes to the mountain ledge to meditate. Sometimes for most of the day. When others are getting up they can see him up there, almost a common place action. They think of him in the evening, as they look up and find he has quietly descended down among them. He sits among the children and tells them important stories which will help prepare the children for their adult life. Samuel is passionate and kind. Compassion is his virtue.

His daughter, Ruth, teaches also. His lovely wife, Sara is fragile now yet works much to bring harmony into his home. She loves Samuel so very much. They often talk of the days they found each other in the big village and the dangers that prevailed around them at that time. If Sara had been discovered the other villagers would have stoned her for being in and among the men rather than in her family home with the other women. Samuel treats her like a precious lamb or dove.

His Son, Abraham, is building grand buildings which hold history volumes of knowledge written in from the teachings of the men who go beyond the community river shore and spread the truth while learning from those on the outside. These words are written down to be preserved for future generations by the river of peace. Many scholars of the time traveled from far away for healing in these later years of Samuel's life.

Ruth assists him prepare those travelers for healing. He is so open to the Universal Knowing up on the ledge. That ledge has become known as the "Ledge of the High one (GOD)." When Samuel is gone, another will be appointed to take his place on the ledge.

Samuel's Master Teacher gone now for a number of years. He sometimes struggles by himself for understanding. Then, life steps in and teaches Samuel the answers. Sometimes the answers come in dreams. He no longer travels outside the community. The villages of far away have fallen to decadent ruin for people did not follow the truth.

The community no longer fears those peoples on the other side of the mountains. There seems to be trading going on by the river. Supplies for learning is the trade. The community has prospered. It remains small, for newcomers cannot stay beyond their learning time. People only share higher learning not corruptive cultural ways. It is a blessed place on the river.

Samuel is please with things. How far he had come since he was a young man just leaving home in search of himself and truth. Back then, he expected adventure of other kinds. Did not imagine the way things turned out. And, he has not regretted a moment of this life. It is not a religion but an understanding of the Laws of Being and the healing of those that are seekers of these Laws. They use crystals now in healing as well as the energy flow through the hands and mind. Life is still simple and clean.

The gardens have increased in size while the fruit tress have grown tall. Fruit is lush, river fish still plentiful. One only takes what is needed. No animal are killed for meat at all. Fruits, vegetables, some fish, grains and nuts are consumed. Water, juice from fruits and milk from the goats is used.

People meditate once a day in a big group and then twice a day in solitude. Samuel awaits patiently for the return of the others who share advanced information with him through telepathy. Where these people are from he does not know. Has never seen them, actually. Just feels their presence near and the knowledge. Some of this information Samuel has not shared for he connot understand it himSelf so others would not either, but he had recorded it all for the teachings of future generations. Someday someone will find this information and be able to understand it. (Perhaps it has been found.).

This community does not practice paganism. The people only revere one Universal Source. It is before Jesus's time. Samuel sometimes gets embarrassed over others looking to him but he feels that they embrace not him but rather the oblivious loving truths he exemplifies.

Samuel teaches men to be compassionate and sensitive in their actions and ways. He Teaches the women also. He firmly believes women are to stand side by side to men. Seems chaos does not exist here. Seems the souls yearnings are met here. The souls feel not alone in the physical bodies struggling to understand their choices. Women have babies without pain. Healing without cutting the body. No mental problems. The community blocks the river way at night between the sheer gorges at both ends of the community with protective energy thoughts so that negative ones can not come in at night and do harm. There is no need of sentries in the community and all may rest easy and well. In the day with energies refreshed, this energy keeps out those with ill-intent.

Samuel has re-taught telepathy and aura reading which are again common place in the community. He also teaches spiritual doctoring through hands and crystals. Out of Body experiences, levitation and hygiene. Through OBE they experience what needs to be known for outside survival, history, math and the sciences. Women learn all these things too and are not left out of anything. Samuel's relationship with Ruth has created betterment for women of this community. There are grandchildren now. Five boys and two girls. Both Ruth and Abe are married.

Author's note: At this point of recalling this Samuel's life, there seemed to be no ending. Some day I will once again be gifted with viewing the final days in Samuel's life.
