This is our first grandson Jakob Alan and he is eight years old. Jake's interests right now are insects,the favorite being ants. He has a very big interests in them and his drawings that he sends to Nana show every detail from the discription of each ant to what its job in the colony is. He also loves the Magic School bus books and videos so Nana is always on the look out for the ones he doesn't already have. Jake recently celebrated his eigth birthday and informed me that he wasn't a little boy any boy.

First Orange On Poppa's Tree

We planted two tree in memory of my father and mother and this is the first orange on my dads tree. A very sweet orange it was sp hopefully both trees will have lots more oranges for many years
