A Scientific Approach to Limping
Depending on the cause of limp there exists a variety of walking styles. If a leg length discrepency exists, the body may have a vertical motion as well as side motion. In this case the pony tail or free long hair swings in an attractive style. It is very exciting for me to hold the lady from his sound leg side and help her walk.
This is Trendelenburg walking.
If there is pain, the negative Trendelenburg is seen.
If there is pain, the footsteps have a charming asymmetry since less time is spent on painful leg.
Balancing is achieved either flexing longer leg
or by toe-walking.
