Friends of the Zoo The voluntary support group of Victoria's three great zoos - Melbourne Zoo, Healesville Sanctuary and Victoria's Open Range Zoo at Werribee.

Forget about the truly weird anecdotal stuff and it can be surprising how often real "new" animals are discovered.  There are a few of them mentioned here, but many, many more await discovery (if we don't wipe them out first). The link no longer works, so another mystery!
