Tetsu
opened his eyes and his hands still clutching the
pendant that was so dear to him. Those were the sweet
memories but too bad; such fond memories were short-lived.
That was 9 years ago…but it seemed like yesterday.
He still had the memory of how hyde gave him the gift.

Tetsu
woke up one morning. It seemed like an ordinary day
and hyde was still sleeping soundly next to him with
his little hands holding a part of tetsu’s shirt.
He admired hyde for a long time before brushing hyde’s
hair gently to the side.
Suddenly,
he felt something cold tugging at his neck. He realized
that there was a silver chain with a heart shaped
pendant on his neck. It must be from hyde and he should
have secretly placed on his neck last night when he
was fast asleep. A heart shaped pendant. Was it a
hint from hyde? He really did not know the answer.
Although, the metal was cold but he felt intense warmth
in his heart. He looked at hyde once more. He looked
even more vulnerable. With the sunlight shining at
his pure face, he looked angelic. Unable to resist
the temptation and seizing the opportunity when hyde
was asleep, tetsu bent down and kissed him on the
cheeks. That did not satisfy him and he found himself
planting a kiss on hyde’s lips despite the voice inside
his head was yelling for him to stop this sinful act.
But
tetsu could not seem to hear because his heart was
already overflowing with passion for hyde. Hyde gave
a stir and tetsu startled and quickly sat up. He had
never cross the line before and perhaps this would
be the maximum he could go.
‘tet-chan?’
hyde spoke while opening his eyes.
‘yes?’
‘You
like the present?’
tetsu
nodded, ‘As long as it is from you, I will love it.’
Hyde
gave a smile, ‘I am glad that you like it. You are
such a nice person, tet-chan. Thanks for everything.’
‘I
should be saying thank you instead. Thanks for the
present. I really love it. I promise that I will wear
it always.’ Tetsu looking at the small figure on bed.
Hyde
did not reply and he continued lying on bed. He was
very touched by tetsu’s words. He wanted to tell tetsu
that was meant aas a gift of love but he did not know
how to put it in words. 'maybe tet-chan likes girls
only'.There was a minute of silence before tetsu broke
it by tickling hyde’s waist.
‘Come
on. My little haido-chan, let’s get up for breakfast!’
Hyde
decided to find himself a part time waitering job
at the pub near tetsu’s house. The working hours were
flexible and hyde chose to work in evenings and would
be back before midnight. tetsu would often stayed
up to wait for him to come back.
"so,
where are your garasu shoes??" Tetsu always teased
him as the ‘modern Cinderella’. Hyde would response
by sticking out his tongue like a small girl.
‘That
is so adorable.’tetsu thought with fierce pride.
They
found themselves taking different roles living together.
Tetsu
was like the ‘breadwinner’ and master of the house
since he paid for the rent and other maintenance fees.
Hyde
seemed to be like the mistress of the house since
he was responsible for the cleaning and tidying up
of the house; washing and also cooking. Tetsu did
not ask hyde to do these household chores; it was
hyde who insisted that he wanted to do it.
Many
times, tetsu was like heart-pained to see hyde doing
so many things and was afraid that he had been overworking
and unable to take all the hardships but hyde managed
to convince him on how much he enjoyed doing these
housework and this was his bit of contribution to
the family.
The
word family had touched tetsu. Hyde had treated him
as his family. True, to an onlooker, there was no
doubt that they did look like an ordinary couple staying
together.
Sometimes,
hyde would go to the market for groceries and he would
have them prepared for tetsu. Hyde was a superb cook!
He could magically transformed simple raw materials
into wonderful and tasty dishes! Tetsu was amazed
and he would look forward to every meal that hyde
prepared.
Hyde
was pretty submissive and attentive to tetsu. He had
never argue with him before and always agreed to what
he said without question. If tetsu commented that
he wished to have fried chicken, hyde would make sure
that he had fried chicken for lunch on the same day.
It was cute to see hyde busying in the kitchen with
an apron on and his hair tied loosely to the back
and a few strands was falling loosely. Nevertheless,
he was still beautiful. ‘A beautiful housewife’. Tetsu
thought while watching hyde who was taking so much
pride in the kitchen.
Before
he left for work at the pub, hyde would prepare dinner
for tetsu. That was their everyday routine. As usual,
hyde would put on his dress and minimal makeup for
work. He was aware of his beauty and his sexiness.
Hence, he was careful not to put on too much makeup
that would even bring up his charms to the fullest.
He tried to look as simple as possible. He did not
want to attract any unnecessary attention from the
people at the pub. But nothing much could be done
because he was already like an angel even without
makeup. In fact, some of the waiters at the pubs had
already expressed their interests in him and some
even asked him out for a date as he was often mistook
for a girl at the pub. He would politely refuse them
all. He had no feeling for them and although he was
working at the pub, his mind was always at home and
with tetsu.
During
his freetime, he would start thinking what tetsu could
be doing at that moment and what to cook for tetsu
on the next day. He was constantly thinking of new
recipes for cooking so that tetsu would not be sick
of having the same dishes. Anyway, his fear at the
pub was when those dirty ugly and fat looking men
trying to take advantage of him. These sick men would
often tried to touch him all over when he was serving
them drinks. But the thought of returning back to
tetsu after work was his consolation from the fears
that he faced. Tetsu would protect him at night.
It
was already 10 minutes after midnight and yet his
Cinderella was not back from work. Tetsu was worried
sick and was pacing up and down in his room and his
eyes never leave the clock. Hyde never come home after
midnight and he was always very punctual. Now he was
worried sick. Hyde could not have been held up by
work because, he would certainly call home. Suddenly,
he got a very sick feeling that something bad might
happen to hyde or he might get attacked on his way
back. He called up the pub and the people there told
him that hyde had left half hour ago. Unable to put
his mind at ease, he rushed out to look for hyde.
Running
on the route to the pub frantically, there were still
no signs of hyde on the way.
‘Nothing
must happen to my haido!’ tetsu went in searching
but was fruitless.
"tet-chan!!!
Help me!!" hyde screamed out with all his might. That
was like a few thousands decibels. Anyway, hyde was
a vocalist and he did have a powerful voice.
"Stop
screaming, you little pretty chick! We are in the
isolation now! No one can hear you no matter how loud
you scream! Haa haa."A rough voice spoke.
"tet-chan!!
Help!! Help! I am here! Let me go!" hyde screamed
with fright and confusion.
"Shut
up!" the man was still grabbing hyde tightly and refusing
to let go. He was already hurting hyde with his rough
grasp.
"that
tet-chan person will not hear you!"
There
was a man in his mid fifties, a big burly man with
a stinking mouth filled with too much beer. He was
with hyde and hyde was held captive by him. In the
pub, he had explicitly tried to molest hyde and even
wanted to service him for a night but was refused
flatly.
Could
not believe his luck, after hyde got off from work,
he caught him unaware from behind and drag him into
the isolated road nearby.
Hyde
could not believe that this would happen to him. He
wanted to return to tetsu’s side! He regretted not
telling tetsu about his love for him. He regretted
that he had never kissed his lovely tetsu. He regretted
that he should have given himself to tetsu.
There
were so many regrets in his life and they all revolved
round tetsu. Now, his tetsu would not want him anymore.
He would be stained by this monster. He would not
be pure and chaste anymore. Tetsu would dump him away.
He would not be good for tetsu anymore!
Unable
to shake these horrifying thoughts away, hyde started
to cry.
"Cry
some more, my babe! You looked so kawaii when you
cry!"
With
that, he pressed hyde onto the uneven bumpy ground.
Hyde’s body brushed against the rough rocks and was
bruised from the fall.
That
terrifying monster positioned himself on top of hyde
and he was goddamned heavy. He almost crushed hyde
in the process and hyde found himself gasping for
more air. Hyde was defendless because this evil man
was so huge and he did not have the strength to retaliate,
lest find a chance to escape. He was doomed for sure!
His hands were all over his body and tearing his dress
into pieces. Hyde just screamed and screamed. He eagerly
undressed himself too. Hyde could not control his
tears. Hyde felt so grossed up and disgusted when
he kissed hyde’s face all over. He struggling did
not help at all and that monster only pressed him
more tightly and hurting him more. This man really
stinked. His mouth was busy kissing his neck now.
Hyde was very tired and his tears were already dried
up and his voice was already hoarse from the screaming.
He
had to resign to his fate. He did not and would not
belong to tetsu anymore. This terrible monster ruined
everything and his life. He closed his eyes and his
mind was full of tetsus and he was oblivious of what
was happening to him now. He did not care anymore.
He would leave this place and tetsu forever.
Suddenly,
there was a loud sound. That man had stopped his atrocities.
Hyde open his weary eyes slowly. Someone had hit that
man with a large tree branch.
"haido!"
hyde
could see the silhouette of a very familiar man. On
closer look, it was tetsu standing before his eyes.
It was his tetsu that came to save him.
"t…t.e..t…t.s….u"
hyde was unable to speak since he had lost his voice.
And he was too tried to speak. His voice was very
weak.
"Shh…….it
is all over now!" tetsu placed his fingers over hyde’s
mouth.
Tetsu
hurted so much to see hyde suffered like that. The
pain he was going through was indescribable by words.
He wished he were the one who was nearly raped. He
could not imagine such thing could happen to hyde.
He wanted to cry too but he did not wish hyde to see
him cry over him and add more worries to him.
Sweeping
up hyde carefully as not to hurt him more. He carried
hyde back to their home. That was the best comfort
hyde got after his traumatic experience. It was safe
in tetsu’arms. He did not want tetsu to let go of
him.
"I
will never let you suffer again." And tetsu dropped
a tear on hyde’s sore body.
