FEDS
SHOULD FIX GUN PROBLEMS
Justice Minister Chris Axworthy says thousands of law-abiding gun
owners in Saskatchewan (Hey! Chris don't forget the
rest of the country) will risk becoming criminals at the end of
June unless the federal government acts. "I urge the federal government
to either extend the deadline, or scrap this expensive and cumbersome licencing
process," Axworthy said. "Otherwise, thousands of innocent hunters,
farmers and sport-shooters risk breaking the law simply because of government
red-tape." (The embarassment of repealing this
"phenominal Success" now, would mean the Liberals are admitting they were
wrong... It's MUCH better to have a Million new criminals on the books.
So, Don't hold your breath waiting for 'them' to do the right thing)
Ottawa
to let civil servants blow whistle
OTTAWA - The federal government yesterday promised its employees
that, beginning this fall, they will be able to report wrongdoing
at work without fear of reprisal.(They will also
eliminate the G.S.T., Appoint a 'ethics' commissioner that reports to parliament,
and fund a balloon farm on Mars.)
Shooting
crows just part of the job for mayor
Murray Rinn, the Mayor of Carman, Man., has hunted the birds on
several consecutive Sunday mornings after town council was petitioned to
cull the crows. The town passed a by-law allowing the Mayor and two other
designated people to discharge guns within town limits. He and the deputized
hunters have shot about 50 crows so far. Mr. Rinn bagged nine of the birds
last weekend. (Very much like 'CRTC Censors'
these folks are immune to the possibility of inflicting personal injury
on themselves, or others by discharging firearms in a built up area. Wow..50
crows so far...I can hear the rest of those incredibly canny birds laughing
their ass off at the three dumb 'hunters'(?) These folks have sanctioned
their own private 'in-town' hunting preserve because as politicians,
and 'friends' of politicians, they are deemed safer and more intelligent
than the 'average' hunter' and therefore, much less likely to do something
stupid than you or I.)
Winnipeg
gang war feared Three shot in a week
Ten people have been gunned down in suspected gang-related shootings
in Winnipeg in the seven months since the Hells Angels officially moved
into the city. Manitoba is believed to be the last Canadian province to
fall under the sway of the outlaw biker gang.(And
of course, Liberal thinking would dictate that by taking YOUR gun away,
your neighbourhood will be safer. When the biker gangs move in, drug
problems escalate, home break in.'s increase and the chance of YOU or your
family becoming another statistic increase dramatically. Remember, you
can take your firearm out of storage ANYTIME you wish, even to 'admire
it' on your night table.
300,000
have yet to license their guns. As of Canada Day, they're lawbreakers
Mr. Austin refused to say how many firearms ownership licences have
been issued since the law was passed. The firearms centre will only say
that two million gun owners are now in compliance, including still-valid
firearms
acquisition certificates that were issued under the old system.
(At
ONE time they used to Brag about how many licences they have issued. Now,
its getting rather embarrassing for them, so it easier to just refuse to
say. The REAL number of gun owners in Canada has been 'conservatively'
put at 7 million. But the government still insists on using its 'God
make us look good' figures so the dumber folks think this junk law
is actually making a difference. When in fact, its just 'sucking up your
tax dollars' with no end in sight.)
Gun
law must go; We say: Stop the bribery; repeal the gunlaw
The federal government, having already tried bullying and coercion
to get Canadians to support its ill-conceived
gun control legislation, this week resorted to bribery. Justice
Minister Anne McLellan persuaded the cabinet to
act on her "urgent" request and amend the gun control law's regulations
to permit an 18-month extension to the
$25 transfer fee. (Out of touch Liberals
think that by simply eliminating the $25.00 transfer fee, everything will
be just fine, and everyone will suddenly realize what a brilliant piece
of legislation this whole fiasco is..HA Ha Ha Ha Ha ..)
Canada
Pension Plan to invest $1.8 billion in start-ups, private firms
The CPP Investment Board lost $852 million in its last fiscal year.
Most of the losses came late in the year as technology stocks tumbled.(The
Government is going to waste this much on gun registration and the unworkable
firearms act. By the time their finished with the pensions, every one will
have to die at their jobs, because unless your in politics [from the greek
'poly' meaning many, and 'ticks' meaning blood sucking creatures] you won't
be able to afford to retire anyway. )
There
Have Been More People Killed by Flying Truck Wheels Than by Target Shooters
The driver of the minivan died at the scene of the accident.
His name won't be released until his family is notified. (This
is about 'five' for the Toronto area now, But is the government threatening
negligent truck owners with 10 years in prison?...Nope, just hunters, collectors
and target shooters )
Ontario:
OPP officer is a top gun (Nat, Post west to East)
ORILLIA - Sergeant Terry Maxwell has won the gold medal in the action
pistol competition at the World Police and Fire Games in Indianapolis,
Ind., making him the world's best handgun shooter. (What's
This? Something Positive in the media about a Canadian Handgun Shooter....
Boy is this rare... I wonder if this would have been printed if the fellow
was not a police officer. One of the only two groups the government says
should own guns.... Congratulations to Sgt. Maxwell, a Canadian, the
world's
best handgun shooter )
ALL
FIRED UP; OVERLOADED SYSTEM HAS LEFT GUN OWNERS WITHOUT PALS
Many hunters are in a bind. The end-of-June extension for firearms
owners to have a valid licence in hand is
drawing near, and some people who applied for a federal Possession
Only Licence last year still haven't been
issued a new licence. As well, about 200,000 older Firearms
Acquisition Certificates are expiring at the rate of
1,000 per week, Meanwhile, if you're waiting for your licence,
CFO office operations manager Bruce McCullagh recommends storing your guns
with a licensed friend until it arrives. (What
an unmitigated, absolute load of Liberal BULLSHIT..The PAL your waiting
for will be expired before you get it. The arrogant bastards have
screwed this up so badly, YOU are going to be punished for their incompetence.
No wonder Canadians have no doubt hidden away Millions of un-registered
firearms, waiting for the next Government to be sworn in)
Under
ONE Party Rule by the Liberals,
Canadians
find themselves 30% poorer than their southern neighbours
United Nations' ranking of Canada as the best place in the world
to live, forgetting that the UN is perhaps the most bloated, inefficient,
woolly-headed organization known to man, and its opinion should be taken
with a grain of salt. Changes must be made:Among other policy planks, we
suggest scrapping the expensive and worthless gun registry, ending immigration
quotas, overhauling human rights tribunals to return them to their original
purpose, and junking, belatedly, the theory of pay equity .
(Given a Blank Cheque Book, ANY Liberal party that has EVER been elected,
has run off on a spending spree, casting taxpayer dollars toward every
harebrained scheme they can think of (C-68) and if they can't think
of any right away, they hire the 'old boy network' cronies to help them
find MORE ways to waste your money. But, ALWAYS Making sure their friends
get first place at the trough of course.)
More
delays in firearm regulations
OTTAWA - The federal government announced more delays yesterday
in implementing its
much-promoted and equally maligned firearms regulations.
An
amnesty for prohibited handguns and unregistered restricted guns has been
extended to Dec. 31, and a $25 firearms transfer fee has been waived
until the end of 2002. Wally Butts of the National Firearms Association
said the latest extensions highlight the serious flaws in the government's
gun laws. "Basically, the system is so screwed up they don't know what
they've got,"(Amen!!)

The event was supposed to showcase the Chinese capital's ability
to hold large international gatherings. However, there were some problems.
Police were seen beating at least one man before dragging him away. They
also punched a photographer with the French news agency Agence France-Presse.(Looks
like 'just the place' to hold the Olympics...Nobody can beat the Chinese..Except
of course their police and military.. )
Ahhhh...WaxOn...WaxOff
Now legal
OTTAWA - Federal lawmakers are changing the Criminal Code to remove
an outdated section that technically outlaws the burgeoning martial arts
of judo, karate and tae kwon do. Fearing that the thousands of Canadians
who participate in the sports could be vulnerable to prosecution,
federal and provincial justice officials want to prevent problems that
could arise. (Ya, not like the 'Million Plus'..New
Criminal Sport Shooters the Liberals have created out of law abiding citizens
in the last 5 years.)
One-party
rule isn't an option
Canada is not flourishing. Our standard of living has slipped 30%
behind that of the United States, our dollar is worth 65 U.S. cents, we
are woefully short of capital and skilled workers, our post-secondary enrolment
is slipping, and we're spending billions on useless job creation programs
and "nation building" schemes. We're about to drift for two years without
a federal budget. Our governing party won't admit that our health care
system is deeply flawed and the Canada Health Act outdated.
One-party rule has given us a government that refuses to be accountable
to Parliament, bullies the Information Commissioner, refuses to appoint
an effective ethics counsellor, and can intimidate much of the media through
regulatory agencies.( Not to mention a HUGE, Flourishing,
Underground Economy!! Cuba and China have
a similar One Party Rule...And The Liberals seem to be right in step)
HUGE
'Firearm' to be discharged in Public at The Ontario Science Centre
It's a dark tube and the ceiling is right in front of you. Then
you wait for the countdown and when you go, it happens so fast that you
are a good 50 feet before you can react to it.(I
wonder how this is recorded in the FRT? What is the Calibre? Does the 'firearm'
have a serial number? Does the 'projectile' strike with a force exceeding
5.6 joules?... Of course its dangerous, it could fire a keg of nails just
as efficiently as a human body )
Ex-employees
bigger cyber threat than crackers:
according to a recent survey by Digital Research Inc. They found

they do from malicious hackers.( From what

16,000 Convicted Druggies - Back On The Street
A review of Ramlal's work discovered substances misidentified, data
entry errors, wrong dates and instances when Health Canada procedures were
not followed. The discovery casts doubt on some 16,000 certificates issued
over the past 12 years. (All of them will no
doubt need stuff to sell for drug money. So, It might be time to take your
firearm out of 'nightly' storage. Federal Employees like this 'could'
be handling your 'personal Information' at the C.F.C Too!)
Budget???
What Budget!! We Leeberals, wee don need no Steenking Budget..
The Liberals may have dispensed with the discredited Conservative
practice of lowballing spending and high-balling revenues, the better to
make deficits disappear in the future, even if they never did so in the
present. But in its place they have come up with a dazzling array of fiscal
tricks, none of them designed for the
public's enlightenment. In addition to simply reversing the polarity
on the Tory roseglass-o-meter, so chronically overestimating deficits rather
than underestimating them, the current Finance Minister will be remembered
for his amazing powers of time travel, announcing new programs worth
billions of dollars to be spent in fiscal years already past, and retrieving
billions more from future years to spend them in the present.(It
the words of the famous Moose... Hey!! Watch me pull a billion outa the
hat...Ya, ole Mikey's a wizz at 'Future Schlock')
NOW,
they want to Control what Art, the World See's.
UNITED NATIONS - The United Nations agency responsible
for promoting culture has cancelled an international art show at UN headquarters
after discovering it contains an exhibit by a Tibetan artist. UN Educational,
Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) pulled the plug on the Art
Beyond Borders exhibition after learning one of almost 50 scheduled works
comprised religious hanging art from Tibet. (You
see, the world icon of fair play and human rights, China.. Might
be offended.. Although they never complained, its just not politically
correct enough for the UN future world controllers to let happen)
Ottawa
risks another Oka
Mr. Nault has offered extensive consultations with
native people before the changes are made.(Hmmm just
like they did with C-68) But aboriginal leaders such as Matthew
Coon Come, chief of the Assembly of First Nations, have refused to co-operate,
saying the project is an effort to have native people validate the Indian
Act by participating in its overhaul. "The First Nations never accepted
the Indian Act," Mr. Coon Come has said. "You don't need the Indian Act
for electoral reform."(Well,
I'm sure all the Warriors have registered and Licensed their guns so the
Liberals can proceed with the 'New Canadian Social Order' and planned
confiscation 'before' any impending crisis they happen to generate ...NOT...)
More
on the Oz Amnesty
"People will be able to walk into their local police
station and surrender their gun, no questions asked," he said. "The amnesty
applies to all firearms, prohibited semi-automatic rifles, semi-automatic
handguns. There will be no penalties, no prosecutions."(Does
this mean that the authorities expect owners to go out and dig up all the
guns
buried and hidden across the country, (as they will be in Canada soon
too) and turn them in for destruction!!! Ya...Sure...)
'Another'
South Australian Gun Amnesty
THE South Australian government has approved a firearms
amnesty from today. The amnesty will run until September 19 in a
bid to reduce the number of unregistered and illegal firearms in the community.(Keeping
in mind of course, the AR15 used in the Port Arthur Massacre had previously
been turned in to authorities during a gun amnesty, and 'fell
of the conveyor belt' on the way to the breaking machine..Quote from
the previous owner: "I did the right thing and handed the weapon in and
if the police put it back into the Australian community I would be disgusted."
Sooooo Keep your Guns, Save Some
Lives.)

The Anti-Gunners are putting pressure on Wal-mart
again to stop selling guns and ammunition. Wal-mart is the largest retailer
of firearms and ammunition in the world. ( I
called Walmart Customer Service Their response was that this rumour
circulated 4-5 months ago, and it seems, its starting to circulate again.
Their representative told me that Walmart has been selling Guns and Ammunition
for 34 Years and was not about to stop. But PLEASE call the 800 number
provided, and voice your concerns just as I did. Even if you don't
buy your ammo at Walmart, It lets them know, the 'thinking' public are

has instructed all elementary, middle and high schools to re-evaluate campus
security. Many have begun posting guards, or closing their gates during

small "Saturday Night" cutlery, followed by Licensing and Registration
of all other kitchen utensils.)

Footprints measuring 35 centimetres long and 12 centimetres
wide have been spotted in this far-flung aboriginal community on the south
shore of Hudson's Bay, and the chief of the Weenusk First Nation has only
one explanation: Bigfoot, the mythical ape-like beast also known as Sasquatch.

of the last election were finalized)

that residents have to take some responsibility for their personal safety,

alert Friday night based on the man's escalating track record. (Perhaps
if "taking some responsibility for their personal safety"Caused
this pervert to fear that he might be shot by one of these woman, it could
make life so much simpler for everyone... Including the police.

Liberal
Internet plan to cost billions:
Johnston said that taxpayers would probably have to
contribute about $1.5 billion of the initial $1.85 billion costs. That
investment would provide high-speed Internet links to roughly 6,000
communities, many of them aboriginal and rural communities. (Isn't
it amazing, perhaps even "phenomenal" how 1.5 Billion is now a lot
of money! This is only a fraction of what C-68 will have cost the taxpayer
if the Liberals don't swallow their arrogant pride and cut OUR losses before
2003. Hmmmm Connect the whole countries communication system and benefit

there are too many bears scrounging for food in populated areas, and many
of the females are being killed. (The

taking pictures. I suppose, they had all received "Winnie the Pooh" Training

to Spend 20 Million Dollars For Inadequate National Park Policing by the

More encounters between tourists and wild animals
and an increase in poaching, theft, vandalism and illegal fires are
some of the problems wardens across Canada are bracing for this summer
because of a labour dispute over policing in the national parks. Tom Lee,
Parks Canada's CEO, said wardens have been operating in national
parks without sidearms for more than 100 years and there is no reason to
change now. (????
When was the last time this guy was in a national park? There are MILLIONS
of people visiting our national parks every year. Most are Good, but some
are incredibly stupid and dangerous, The percentage of "incredibly stupid
and dangerous" people visiting our parks has increased quite a bit over
the last 100 years. Perhaps this guy should drag is ass out of the office
sometime and go have a look for himself!!)

Charges Laid under Federal Firearms Act For Pulling and Firing a Handgun
in a Bar.
WINNIPEG (CP) - Pulling a gun on an aboriginal news
reporter has cost the leader of Manitoba's largest First Nation $2,879,
but Peguis Chief Louis Stevenson escaped a jail sentence Friday.
In addition, provincial court Judge Mary Kate Harvie sentenced Stevenson
to three years supervised probation, prohibited him from
owning weapons for five years and required him to
go for an addiction assessment. He was asked to leave by a hotel bouncer
but instead went into the bathroom
and fired the .22-calibre handgun into a garbage can. (Remember...C-68
and the Firearms Act is 'Race Based Law'..and doesn't always apply to Natives)
Changes
to youth crime bill called weak-kneed
TORONTO - Ontario's Conservative government has drafted
more than 100 amendments to the new federal youth crime legislation because
the law is "weak-kneed and woefully inadequate," the province's attorney-General
charged yesterday." Let there be no mistake: The federal government has
just slapped a new coat of paint on an old barn that is rotten down to
its foundations," (Everybody has the RIGHT to
know the identity of some murderous little bastard that might live
right next door or goes to school with your children)
Figures
Don't Lie, But Liars Can Sure Figure
Have a look at this information(?)
on the JTG website from Several sources, trying to provide data that the
legal ownership of firearms is Bad for everybody and Guns = Crime.
Between 1992 and 1997, the violent
crime rate dropped by
24.8% in states enforcing strict concealed carry laws and
no-issue laws compared to an 11.4% decline in states with lax or
weak concealed carry laws. ( Hmmm the
'other' 13.4% are legal owners committing crimes?)
Gang membership is associated
with firearm possession. Over
one-third (36%) of gang members arrested reported carrying a
gun all or most of the time. (Gee I hope
their licences are revoked)
Criminal arrestees experience
high levels of firearm
victimization. Over half report being threatened with a gun and
42 percent have been shot at with a gun.(and
THIS is a Bad Thing???)
And it Goes On & On with quasi
'Facts' that basically say Criminals have Guns!! So what else is

A Possible Foreign Attack, Macedonians Are denied means of self-defense
As rebel ethnic Albanian forces close to within mortar
range of Skopje, the capital of Macedonia, panicked
citizens seeking the means to protect themselves are
running up against a brick wall – the resistance of their own government.
Severe firearm restrictions are traditional in Europe, where the right
to bear arms is the monopoly of the ruling class or the central government
– both often fearful of uprisings among the general population. (Genocide,
'Ethnic Cleansing' , Oppressive 'ruling classes' have ALSO been traditional
in Europe thanks to unarmed citizens. Japan did not invade North America,
because, as the emperor said, a "There would be a Rifle behind every

Don't trust the Liberal government, Canada's information
commissioner said yesterday, describing it as a wolf in sheep's clothing.
Reid's report described "prevailing bureaucratic culture of secrecy" and
"hostility displayed by the government leadership" to his office as it
deals with requests by the public and media for information.
HERB GRAY: "I have been told ... that a basic finding
of Mr. Reid is that, overall, the current Access to Information system
works and I think the exact words are quote, unquote, remarkably well,"
Gray said.

Canada
grows as a target for terrorists: CSIS
The threat of a terrorist attack against Canadians
is higher than it has ever been, the nation's intelligence service warned
yesterday in a report tabled in Parliament that identified Islamic religious
extremism as a top security concern. (Under C-68
they can bring in as many firearms as they wish for $60.00,
and they don't even have to report how many they leave with. I assume they
are leaveing Canadian Soil to enter the U.S. and complete their work.)
Bear
Attacks in B.C. and NWT.
(From the B.C. Wildlife Fed. Website)
---"I could hear it crunching away, biting me," recalled
the Kamloops native as he lay in his Vancouver General Hospital room
last night, recovering from the Saturday night attack on a Bella Coola
logging road.
---When they exited the tent, the bear was right there
-- within 20 feet -- so they fled. The bear could only chase one person,
so it chased Mr. Harry," said Percy Kinney, the chief coroner.
RECENT ATTACKS
(Just think about it!! If someone
wrote a children's story called "Winnie The Glock" it would be condemned
as a dangerous, idiotic, attempt to make firearms 'Child Friendly' and
playful. ...And rightly so.. But, it seems to be perfectly acceptable
to take a 300 lb., fur covered, smelly pile of teeth and claws, that would
rip any child to pieces and enjoy the meal. Then, transform this
into a wonderful children's story telling kids how cute and cuddly bears
are. If treated the same as the "Winnie The Glock" story would be, A.A.
Milne would be described as a dangerous psychopath, attempting to lure
children into the clutches of murderous wild animals )

SUPPORTS ALLIANCE MOTION TO MAKE PRIVATE MEMBERS BILLS VOTABLE
During the debate, the Saskatchewan MP provided statistics
that showed that in the last three Parliaments that the number of Private
Members’ Bills and Motions drawn compared to the number made votable has
actually been declining. The effect on the Official Opposition has
been particularly dramatic. “Since the beginning of this Parliament,
Alliance MPs have had 24 items drawn and placed inside the order of precedence,
but only two have been made votable (And
'another' success by Garry Breitkreuz, MP for Yorkton-Melville. Now,
if they can only hustle a vote on a private members bill to repeal C-68

Hey!
This 'Spuds' For YOU
In what lawyers say is a legal first, a federal jury
in Hartford convicted a reputed drug enforcer Friday of using a potato
as a silencer - a crime carrying a mandatory 25-year prison sentence.
Stewart brandished the handgun with a potato, which has been depicted as
a makeshift silencer in books and movies, notably the 1992 drug-and-gang
film, "South Central."
(Drug dealers and Gang
Bangers are responsible for over 90% of the firearm injuries in their age
group. With or Without Vegetables. I guess now, the knee jerk reaction
of the C.F.C. will demand a 'order in council' preventing potato
farmers from owning firearms. The two combined are an obvious threat.
Remember..its for the Children)
Liberal
party $5-million in debt
OTTAWA - The federal Liberal party is more than $5-million
in debt and was prepared to extend its line of credit in order to cover
its payroll last month, senior party sources admitted yesterday.(Now
it's not so hard to understand how they can WASTE so much of the taxpayers
money, and need a 20-42% raise for themselves. Looks like they are managing
their own finances with the same ill-conceived plans they have for the
rest of the country. Does the Liberal Party Have a BUDGET..not likely,
They haven't even got one for the rest of Canada.)

Unarmed
and under attack in Australia? Dialling '000' Won't help
The daughter of a country shopkeeper who was being
bashed by timber-wielding robbers was told last week by a 000 police operator
to bring her father to the phone to verify the incident before officers
would be sent.
A 70-year-old grandmother was tied to a bed in her
home. She had been bashed and raped, but was still alive.
The 000 call, dismissed as a hoax, was not passed
on to patrolling police and Mrs Joy Golbey Alchin was found dead, purely
by chance, 10 days later. (With the increasing
violence in Canada, 911 callers are also finding themselves being ignored
or simply dismissed as hoaxes. The 4 Household Rules to prevent your
families death or injury during a home invasion: Two
shots to stop, one to make sure, reload, call 911)

Kitchen Knife Attack on Japanese school, 8 Children Dead
OSAKA, Japan (AP) -- A man brandishing a knife burst
into an elementary school on Friday and slashed nearly two dozen people,
killing at least eight children, in Japan's worst mass-killing since a
deadly nerve gas attack on Tokyo's subways six years ago. Police
said the attacker, identified as Mamoru Takuma, carried a 6-inch kitchen
knife. He was arrested at the scene, but was taken to a hospital -- reportedly
with self-inflicted injuries. He was turned over to police about an hour
later. The attack comes as Japangrapples with a surge in violent crime.
The country's strict gun laws mean most of the attacks -- like Friday's
-- are committed with knives. (Well, Banning
guns has certainly made a difference in Japan hasn't it! Banning
and confiscating firearms will never stop crazy people. It just
creates more victims by preventing honest people from defending themselves)

Federation
of Canadian Municipalities resolution lobbies federal government cost review
of the new registry system developed under Bill C-68.
The FCM Resolution reads: "Be it resolved that
the Federation of Canadian Municipalities petition
the federal government to evaluate the costs vs. the
intent of Bill C-68 and make public the results of the
enquiry to determine if this is the most cost effective
way to preserve the peaceful character of Canadian
society and help the police fight crime and violence".
NEW
AUDITOR GENERAL ASKED TO PUT BILL C-68 OUT OF ITS MISERY
“The outcomes are already so clear, that any common
sense analysis can only conclude that Bill C-68 has been a complete and
utter failure and will never succeed no matter how many hundreds of millions
the government spends, no matter how many bureaucrats the government employs,
and no matter how long you wait to do your audit,” Breitkreuz wrote.
“The longer we wait to do an audit, the more money and human resources
will be wasted – money and resources that could be better spent and deployed
on real law enforcement and public safety priorities.” 20
Reasons to Audit the Gun Registry
TRIGGER
HAPPY; FEDS HAVE LITERALLY JUMPED THE GUN ON NATIONAL FIREARMS REGISTRY
Perhaps the biggest boondoggle Canada is inflicting
on itself is gun registration and control. Regardless of
what public opinion is manipulated into believing,
Bill C-68 - the law that requires every firearm to be licensed
and registered by Jan. 1, 2003 - will cost maybe 10
times its original estimate; may actually increase rather
than reduce crime and violence; will make criminals
out of many otherwise law-abiding citizens.
Politicians
beating gun control drum
As any student of history knows, gun control figures
prominently in the designs of totalitarian states.
These features recur: Centralization of
the police force with a vast network of surveillance and informants to
spy on
citizens.* National identification cards for all
citizens. * Civilian disarmament via gun registration, and licensing,
followed by banning and confiscation of firearms. Once this mechanism of
oppression is firmly in place, persecution and elimination of
political opponents follow. Then every social, political
and economic policy the Total State desires can be implemented.

YELLOWKNIFE - After an extensive
search that used traps and a helicopter with an infrared scanner, officials
found and killed a black bear they hope is the one that killed 18-year-old
Kyle Harry on the weekend. The carcass will have to be examined to determine
whether it is the animal responsible for the attack. The Grade 11 student
was camping on Saturday about 25 kilometres east of the city when he was
attacked. A 14-year-old he was with was able to escape.
Vets
aghast as cadets seek to rename Warriors' Day parades
Veterans are outraged at suggestions the word "warrior"
be dropped from their annual parades at local fairs. They claim it
is a denial of history and destroys a critical piece of Canada's military
tradition. Cadet corps and squadrons, however, refused to march at
Toronto's Canadian National Exhibition and the Western Fair in London,
Ont., this year unless the title was replaced by "Veterans Day."(Lets
get something straight here.. For ONE, the 'Cadets' themselves have NO
SAY at all in this matter.. They are simply being 'directed' by a bunch
of politically correct do-gooders that have no true concept of the military,
or it's traditions. If Canada were to go to war tomorrow, and found it
necessary to draft recruits, these lilly livered pansy assed chickenshits
that have the nerve to call themselves "Cadet Leaders & Officers"
would go into hiding until they were dragged screaming and crying into
boot camp and shown which end of the 'non politically corrected' gun you
point at the enemy. When all the Vets are gone, THEN they will be correct.
There will be NO Warriors Left.)
Fewer
voters a sign public happy with PM: Liberal

party well mean "Squat" to the general outcome of things in parliament.
So why bother. Just wait until the next GENERAL election. when a difference
CAN be made. The Arrogant bastards will be in for a shock)

OTTAWA - Opposition parties accused Jean Chrétien

are seeing the very same thing we seen when Trudeau was swept to power

HALIFAX - Suspending a Grade 2 student for brandishing

of zero tolerance run amok, says a member of the committee that recently
authored a new code of conduct for Nova Scotia schools. Ms. Himmelman
said suspending an eight-year-old for playing with his food is too harsh.
"To me, this is way beyond the pale," she said. "These kids need to be
talked to and explained why it's not nice and why it can be misunderstood
