Welcome to my site.  Please be patient as I "renovate."  I'm looking forward to sharing more of my recipes and also some suggestions and activities for substitute teachers.  You'll notice that I've removed several sections of the site; this was done in order to focus on just a few areas of interest.  Enjoy your visit.
