About here I noticed my camera has developed a light leak and is creating strange colour paterns on the images. The thermo fan was connected to the standard temperature sensor via two relays (the sensor is normally closed in case of failure I guess).
After three days at the muffler shop, the car returned with just the modifications to the extractors made. It was meant to go directly to have the computer tuned but as there was still no exhaust it was brought home, the body fitted and the remainder of the computer wiring completed. (Frustration set in so I decided to do it myself - and it worked!) Note the 15 inch wheels fitted with used oversized tyres from a Holden Commodore on the rear. These are the wheels that will be used on the car and needed to be fitted before the rear brakes could become operational. (The 13" would not clear the calipers)
This shot shows the temporary pipes coming through the body, directly out of the first join in the primary pipes. This setup enabled me to do a little driving in the car and to annoy the neighbours with all the noise.
