Michael Finley:

Facts:  Michael Finley is in his 8th season in the NBA now and starts for the Dallas Mavericks.  Michael posted 9 points and 9 assists in the Schick Rookie Game during the 1996 NBA All-Star Weekend in San Antonio and was the runner-up in the Nestle Crunch Slam Dunk during the 1996 NBA All-Star Weekend in San Antonio and also competed in 1997 in Cleveland.  Finley was named to the 1995-96 NBA All-Rookie First Team after averaging 15.0 ppg, 4.6 rpg and 3.5 apg and he was one of only three players (with A.C. Green and Aaron McKie) in 1996-97 to play in 83 games and has played in every game (247) during his first three NBA seasons.  He led the NBA in 1997-98 in minutes (41.4 mpg), ranked 11th in scoring (21.5 ppg) and 19th in assists (4.9 apg), playing in all 82 games, and even led the NBA in minutes per game with 42.2 in 1999-2000.  Michael Finley was ranked 11th in the NBA in points per game with 22.6 in 1999-2000, 20th in the NBA in assists per game with 5.3 in 1999-2000, and 13th in the NBA in points per game (20.2) and third in minutes per game (41.0) in 1999.
