Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of Basmati rice
1 block of Paneer , cut into cubes and deep fried
1 cup green peas
A small bunch of methi leaves(fenugreek), finely chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped fine
6 flakes garlic, chopped fine
2 green chillies, chopped fine
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1-2 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp Ghee(clarified butter)

Method
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add garlic paste and fry well.
Add the chopped tomatoes,chopped fenugreek 
leaves, green chillies, green peas, red-chilli powder,
turmeric and salt.
Continue frying for 10 minutes.
Add the rice and fry well for 4-5 minutes.
Add enough water to this and pressure cook on low 
heat for 5-6 minutes.
You can also microwave this in a covered dish with 
the same amount of water, on high heat for about 
15 minutes.
Garnish with fried paneer.
Eat with raita.
