Ingredients 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped tomato 1/2 cup chopped cucumber 1/2 cup chopped carrots 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves 2 cups thick curds(yoghurt) Salt to taste Method Mix together all the above ingredients in a large bowl and chill. Prepare about 1/2 an hour before serving. |
