Ingredients
8 jumbo shrimps
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp onion paste
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 cup bread crumbs
1 well beaten egg
Oil for deep frying

Method
Clean the shrimps, de-vein and slit them lengthwise in a
couple of places so that the masala can penetrate.
Combine together ingredients 2 to 8 and mix well.
Add this to the shrimps and let them marinate
for about 1 hour.
Dip each shrimp in the egg, coat with breadcrumbs and
deep fry in hot oil till crisp and golden brown.
Drain and serve with mint chutney.
