Ingredients
1 coconut, scraped
2 onions, minced
A bunch coriander leaves, minced
3-4 green chillies, minced
1 cup rice flour
A pinch of baking soda
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Method
Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Shape into small round balls .
Bring the oil to smoking point and deep
fry the balls till crispy.
Drain and serve hot withe tomato ketchup.
The mixture should be formed into firm balls,
otherwise they might disintegrate when frying.
