Heat the ghee and coconut oil well.
Once it begins to smoke,   place a few curry leaves and a spoon of cumin seeds on the mixture and pour the smoking oil/ghee on it.
This process will bring out a very good flavor from the curry leaves and the cumin seeds.
Mix well.
Now put this whole mixture on the flame and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
