Ingredients : Cilantro(1/4 bunch), dry grated coconut(2 tsp), green chillies(1), asaefoetida(1 pinch), ginger...a small piece, salt, dry mustard seeds(1/2 tsp), curd/buttermilk(1 cup)
Grind together cilantro, coconut, chillies
into a smooth paste.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
Saute mustard in ghee and add to the mixture.
