Keerai Kuzhambu

Ingredients : Spinach(1 bunch), salt(to taste), toor dal(2 tblspn), sambar powder,  tamarind paste or extract.

Cut spinach into small pieces.
Cook in an open vessel.
Follow the same procedure as you would for preparing sambar.
Use only half the quantity of tamarind that you would for sambar.

Mode of eating :
To be mixed with plain cooked rice and served as main dish.
