Ennai Kuzhambu Podi
 
Ingredients :  Asaefoetida(1 block), cilantro seeds(1 cup), Dry red pepper(i cup), channa dal(1 cup),whole pepper(1/8 of a cup), urad dhal(1 cup), oil(1 tsp).

Fry the asaefoetida in oil.  Keep it aside.
In the same oil fry the red pepper and keep it aside.
Next fry all the other ingredients.
In the mixie, grind all the ingredients except the red pepper.
Then grind just the red pepper.
Mix both and grind for just 1/2 a minute.
This powder can be used to make ennai kuzhambu, stuffed eggplant curry and potato curry
