Arisi Paruppu Saadham
(Arisi =Raw rice,  Paruppu=Lentils, Saadham= cooked rice)

Ingredients : Rice(1 cup), 1/4 cup tuar dhal & green gram dhaal without husk, 1/4 tsp dhania seeds, 6 red chillies, 1/4 tsp cumin seeds, curry leaves - few, 4 pods garlic, 4 small onions, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp  ghee or butter for taste, salt to taste.

Grind dhania seeds , red chillies , cumin seeds and curry leaves coarsely.
Grind garlic and onions seperately .
Mix rice , dhaal , ground paste , salt , turmeric powder and ghee or butter.
Pressure cook the rice.
Serve hot with apalams(papads).
