Ingredients : Rice flour(1 cup), jaggery(3/4 cup), water(2 tblspn), grated coconut(1 tsp), cardomom powder(1/2 tsp).
Roast the rice flour in a dry pan.
In another pan, dissolve the jaggery
in water.
Add the rice flour, coconut, cardomom
and make into a dough.
Make the dough into patties and steam in a
pressure cooker or in an idli cooker.
Serve hot with butter as the side dish.
