True southern favorite. So simple and luscious.


Southern Banana Pudding

4-6 Bananas

1 Box Vanilla Wafers

1 Box Vanilla Pudding (cook type is best)

METHOD

1. In large bowl spread vanilla wafers.

2. Slice bananas on top of wafers.

3. Spread remaining wafers.

4. Cook pudding to directions.

5. Pour hot pudding over bananas and wafers in bowl.

5. Set in refrigerator until cold.

6. Serve plain or with Whipped Cream, Dream Whip or Cool Whip.

Variation: Use Coconut cream pie filling instead of Vanilla pudding.
