This
is one of my favorite dishes that Mama taught me. Try it. You'll like it.
CORN
PUDDING
1
can cream style corn
2
cups frozen corn (or
freshly cut from cob)
1/4
cup butter or margarine (melted)
1/4
- 1/3 cup white sugar (to taste)
2
Tablespoons can milk or cream
2
lg. Eggs (beated with fork)
sprinkle
of nutmeg
METHOD
1. Mix
frozen and can corns together in a large bowl.
2. Add
cream, beaten eggs, sugar, butter or margarine.
3. Pour
into baking dish or pan.
4. Sprinkle
nutmeg over top.
5. Bake
at 350 for 45 min - 1 hour
.
