Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 CUPS BLUEBERRIES 1 CUP WHITE SUGAR 1 CUP WATER 1/3 CUP CORN SYRUP 2 TSP LEMON JUICE
Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Heat and stir over med high heat until it boils. Simmer covered for 10 mins. Strain. Pour into 2 hot sterilized 1/2 pint jars. Dividing evenly. Add boiling water if needed to fill within 1/4 inch of top. Seal Makes 2 1/2 pints
