Miniature Swiss Quiche Squares

1 (8-count) can crescent dinner rolls
4 long slices Swiss cheese
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
3/4 cup milk
4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, crumbled
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Separate the roll dough into 4 rectangles. Press 2 rectangles over the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of 2 oiled and floured 8x8-inch baking pans; seal the edges and perforations. Layer the cheese slices over the dough. Combine the eggs, onion and milk in a bowl; whisk until smooth. Pour into the prepared pans. Sprinkle with the bacon and parsley. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until set. Cool for 5 minutes. Cut into squares. Makes 32 servings.
