Veggie Pizza
1 (4 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese 1 envelope Original Ranch dressing mix 1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream 1 package crescent rolls, baked & cooled 1 head cauliflower, finely chopped 1 bunch broccoli, finely chopped 9 strips bacon, cooked
First make dip with envelope of ranch dressing and sour cream. Just mix together and refrigerate while making the rest of the recipe. Cut up broccoli and cauliflower into fine pieces. Take a 13 x 9 x 2-inch bakiing pan and lay crescent rolls out flat and bake according to package directions taking out of oven about 2 minutes less than baking time. Let rolls cool. Pour ranch dip over cooled crescent rolls; top with veggies. Cook bacon and chop finely and sprinkle over rolls. Sprinkle with cheese.
