LINGUINE WITH WHITE CLAM SAUCE

I use can clams and it's very tasty but you can use fresh clams if you wish.

Ingredients:

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté. Add clams, clam liquids, wine, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for about ten minutes. In a large pot of unsalted boiling water cook linguine according to package. Drain. If your skillet is big enough, mix linguine with the clam mixture. If not mix it in a large bowl. Put in a container and refrigerate overnight. When you are ready to serve just microwave until hot and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

I like to make it the day before so all the flavors can set in the linguine. Makes a great meal for those busy days!
